I rarely write a negative review as I hate to do so. But in this case the non existent customer service from Watchilln left me wondering if everyone there was doing just that - chillin? Delays to receive items, no replies to numerous emails, new customer discounts and credits still not yet given but I have faith and hope they eventually will just as the expedited shipping product arrived two weeks late. Still to give praise along with criticism is only fair - the product is well made and fits to size. I only wish the customer service agents - if they exist - would respond to emails or give a phone where one with a pulse could be reached. The experience to get the lovely products was frustrating.
